Chef Marques has a long experience of private dining including numerous engagements in the UK, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal, Iceland and the Nice-Monaco region.

After training with Michelin starred chefs, his own restaurant on the Cote d’Azur was listed in the Michelin Guide. Marques now works as a private chef allowing clients to experience fine, Michelin-quality dining from the comforts of their own homes.
